The past few weekends we have been able to spend a lot of time at home. (which is totally not the norm for us!) We were able to get lots of little projects done--the kids summer clothes got stored, their toys got organized and we did some outside projects.

Jack has been asking for a few weeks when we could decorate for Halloween. We put a few inside decorations up this weekend but he really could not wait to do something outside. We didnt have any outside decorations for Halloween so yesterday we spent the afternoon making some. Ryan cut out some headstones and painted them while Jack and I made ghosts out of garbage bags. We all had a blast decorating the front yard! Last night when the lights we put up came on, Jack said, "you did such a great job daddy!" He just melts my heart sometimes :)
