18 months stats

Jack had his 18 month appointment last night--I knew he was growing like crazy but I was surprised when I found out he has grown an inch since the end of October!! He was 33 3/4 inches long ( 85%), 28 pounds (70%) and has a big head. I don't remember the measurement for his head but it was in the 70% area! He is on track with everything and even ahead in his gross motor and fine motor. His pediatrician was very happy with how verbal Jack is--Unfortunately Jack kept saying NO. DONT, every time the doctor tried to do something! HA! Poor guy got two more shots which made him cry HUGE tears and in turn, made his hormonal pregnant mama cry right along with him! Thank goodness once he was done he acted like nothing had happened! That is my big guy! The only thing that happened at his appointment is we got a referral for Physical therapy for Jack. He is still walking on his toes about 30% of the time. The Dr isn't too concerned but since Ryan walked on his toes until age 3 ( I think he was 3), he just wants to make sure there is nothing going on with his tendons in his calf/ankle area. I really think it is just habit and he does it to see better! He always runs to the babies in the highchairs at daycare and stand on his toes to see them better! We will see! Now no more appointments until he is 2!!! Almost 6 months between appointments! YAY!
