Another week waiting for baby!

Hello Everyone! Be aware that I am not in the best of moods after my day today--Hopefully it doesn't show to much in this post!
I was suppose to be seeing my OB tonight at 6:15 but the baby and my body had a different plan in mind. This morning I was at work and around 1030, I felt very lightheaded and sick to my stomach. I hadn't eaten much so I tried eating a peach with no luck. The lightheadedness continued to get worse and pretty soon I was sweating like crazy and seeing spots. I decided that it was time to have my blood pressure checked! My boss helped me out and took my blood pressure which was 168/88! I knew I felt weird! Last week it was 118/72! So I called my OB's office to see if I could get in earlier or what she would like me to do. The triage nurse told me to go lay down, drink some water and re-check my blood pressure in 20mins. So I did everything she told me and 20mins later my blood pressure was 170/90. I called again and the nurse told me my OB would get back to me soon. So I just waited at work--by this point I was feeling better but not 100%. Finally an hour later Dr. Lundeen called me and told me to come in to the Labor and Delivery Floor where they could monitor me. She also told me to tell my work that I will more the likely not be coming back until after this baby is born! So of course I am thinking she is going to induce me from what she is saying on the phone. I called Ryan and told him to stay at work until we knew more. Since things have kind of come to a stand still at the last appointment I have been a bad pregnant women and I haven't even considered packing my bag for the hospital so I rushed home and threw a few things in a bag just in case :) Finally I arrived at the hospital where I was hooked up to the monitors and had labs drawn. The nurse even told me that she was going to do the whole admission paperwork because she didn't think I was going anywhere considering my blood pressure was still 158/88! Anyways after being monitored for 1 1/2 hours, my doctor decided to send me home. Yep, that's right she sent me HOME. My blood pressure was going down alittle and she was happy with it being 140s/80s and the baby was doing very well so she felt no need to keep me or induce me! The most annoying thing is that she didn't even come and see me herself--she just talked things over with the nurse that was taking care of me. So, I didn't get checked nor did I get her to strip my membranes as promised the last two visits! I just got told to check my blood pressure at work during the day and she will see me next week at my scheduled appointment! Needless to say, I was NOT a happy camper by the time I left. I told the nurse that it was a told waste of my time to leave work 4 hours early to not even be seen by my doctor. I could have monitored my blood pressure on my own and I knew that baby was doing ok since there was no change in his movements!!! The only good thing was that when I was hooked up to the monitor, the nurse could see that I was having contractions that I couldn't feel! I left feeling pretty let down by my doctor.
So, who knows what is going to happen! I don't know if there is any change or if I am still at the same point I was last week! I guess we just continue to wait in see. Hopefully he waits now as we have two graduation parties to go to this Sat! Hope you all have a great week--sorry about my complaining :)

I feel bad for you...the waiting and wondering when things are going to get moving must be torture. Esp. at nine months pregnant!!! But very glad that everyone is healthy :)
