Nesting!

Hi Everyone! Hope you are all doing well :) Things here are super busy as we prepare for Baby R. to arrive! (this was SO much easier when we didn't have a toddler that likes to 'help') I have been getting the good old nesting bug here and there and I have had the urge to do some of the weirdest cleaning but it is all good! I am sure our house needs it! Today we have been getting alot of the baby stuff ready......washing the carseat covers, washing clothes, getting the baby tub cleaned--all of that fun stuff! Ryan and I had kind of been slacking since I am probably going to have a scheduled c-section but after the week I have had, we decided we better be prepared! I thought that this baby was coming on Thursday morning after 3 hours of contactions every 10 mins or so~but he/she was just keeping me on my toes and maybe giving me a kick in the butt to get things ready! :)

Jack is busy as usual--he is saying more and more everyday and his little personality is really shining through! He is usually the sweetest little boy but there are times where you can see that he is trying to test you! I keep reminding Ryan that Jack wouldn't be a normal 2 yr old if he didn't do things like that. My favorite 2 recent stories of Jack are pretty funny.....One night last week Jack and I were in his room reading books when Ryan came in to join us--Jack apparently didn't want him in there because he yelled at Ryan and said "Get out Daddy!" The following day when I was talking to Julie (daycare) Jack covered my mouth and said "stop!" I must had been talking too long! HA! I think Jack is getting a little bossy ;)
