21 months

Tomorrow our little guy is going to be 21 months!! Just three short months from turning 2! I just cannot believe it...it seems like just yesterday I was pregnant with him! I cannot believe the new things he comes up with everyday. Apparently at daycare he had gotten into the coat closet and had his coat, hat and boots on when he went up to Julie and told her, "I leave." Good thing there are alarms and gates for him to get through before he could just leave! HA! Julie has told both Ryan and I that she forgets that Jack isn't even two because he acts so much older..I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing :) Jack also has a few best friends at daycare. One of them being a little boy named Sage who is a few months older than Jack. Last week when I got there to pick Jack up, him and Sage were under a table with a bunch of cars. Jack looked up and said "hi Mama, I hide with Sage!" Julie told me that the two boys had been under the table for an hour playing trucks hiding from the rest of the kids (who all happened to be girls!) HA--a no girls allowed club already!?!
We finally are having more spring-like weather! It is so nice to be able to play outside with Jack but we are having a tough time getting him inside to eat supper and get ready for bed! Even at daycare she has to put him in a football hold while he kicks and screams! He will even try to hide in the play houses to avoid coming in. I am hoping the more he gets to be outside, the better coming in will be. I think the weather had been so weird that one day we were out, then next in, he is worried he wont be able to play outside again! I did find out that chocolate milk works to get him inside for supper ;) So, we might have to use that as needed!
Things with baby 2 are going well. Just a little over 6 weeks to go! At my last appointment I was measuring ahead again--no big surprise there! Like my OB said, we weren't planning on me bringing a 5 lb baby into this world! I am just going for under 10 ;)
