The past two weeks!

Man, Time is flying by! I am already thinking about 7 weeks from now when I have to bring Jack to daycare....I want to cry already!

Things here are going good. Jack is growing and entertaining us everyday with something new! As of this morning I just got my first REAL smile from him! He has been thinking about it these past few days...you could tell he was concentrating really hard on everything Ryan and I have been saying so I knew it wouldnt be long! It was pretty funny when it finally happened. I was actually singing along to a commercial and he just smiled right back at me. I got so excited that I think I scared him! I havent gotten another one yet but I am sure once he gets going he is going to be ALL smiles all the time!

The last two weeks have been rather busy. Ryan's mom, Jim and Anna where here visiting. Jack got to spend lots of time with grandma and grandpa so that was nice. They also were so nice to let me sleep in a few days! THANK YOU :) It was hard to see them go for both Ryan and I (and Jack) but we are working on getting out there sometime soon. Then on Sunday Aug 2nd was Jack's baptism. He did so good! Not one peep! After that we had people over and Jack was passed around for the entire day-I think he got a little used to people holding him all the time :) Other then that we have just been busy keeping up with everyday life. Tomorrow night will be my first night away from Jack and Ryan's first time really alone with him. I am nervous but I know they will be fine together!
