Back to work

I am so far behind in posting on here! Having two kiddos is so much more busy than just one :) I officially went back to work on August 16th--It ended up being only a half day due to Ryan's nose injury--so that was a little stressful. I still haven worked a full week yet, that will come after labor day when Lydia will start daycare! I don't know if I am going to be able to cope--I miss them BOTH like crazy all day. I was to the point that I didn't miss Jack all day long but now that I was home with both of them over the summer, I spend most of my work day thinking about them....(Don't tell my boss ;)
Lydia is growing like a weed--already three months old! She has been really close to rolling over quite a few times. It will be interesting to see if she is going to follow Jack's foot steps and follow the same time-line with milestones! She is still the happiest baby ever! We have been so lucky to have two of the most laid back, happy babies in the world! She is content to just play on the floor as long as you come over to say hi occasionally. She absolutely LOVES Jack--she looks for him if she can hear him and watches everything he does. They are sure going to be best friends!
Jack too is doing great. Mr. talkative--he is talking in full sentences all the time. Last night he brought in a book to read for bedtime and I didn't really want to read that one (bad mom, I know!) So, I tried to convince him to go and get a different book. He told me--"No mommy, I like this one!" Needless to say, we read the book. He surprises us every day with new words/sayings! We couldn't stop laughing when he climbed up on a friends 4-wheeler and smiled big saying, "NICE, I LIKE THIS!" We are so in trouble :)
We are enjoying our last days of summer--this past weekend we went to a church bazaar that I have been going to since I was a newborn and Jack has now gone the past three years! This week we are heading to the great MN get together! I am so excited to see what Jack thinks about the fair!
