Invisible Fencing

Yesterday I forgot to mention something VERY exciting :) Ryan put in the invisible fencing for our dogs on Friday! It is all in and working VERY well. The only problem is that Duke doesn't seem to get the concept. Rosco totally has the system down pat...he hears the warning beep and turns around. Duke on the other hand is so wild all the time that he has just run right through the warning beep and ends up getting shocked. So instead of running around the yard, he just sits right by the house or the pole barn! He is so weird sometimes--he freaks out even if he is only hearing the warning beep! He will just jump around yelp and squeal like he is getting shocked! I guess the best thing is the neither dog has attempted to leave the yard in the past 4 days so I think the fence will work! It just might take some time to get all the kinks out--besides, you just never know with Duke!
