Christmas fun

We are busy enjoying the Christmas season! So many fun activities to try to fit in before Christmas is here. Jack is WAY into Christmas this year..the music, old Christmas movies (I think Frosty is his favorite), the lights and of course Santa! I love how much he is enjoying it all. I think it makes Ryan and I see Christmas in a whole different way by seeing it through Jack's eyes!
Lydia is doing well! We had her 6 month well child exam last week--she came in at 16#3oz (2#4oz lighter than Jack at this age) and 26 inches long (2 3/4 inches shorter than Jack at this age!) The funny thing is she is right where she should be, 50% for both height and weight for her age, Jack was just a monster :) She is getting closer to crawling everyday...we have seen her up on all fours a few times and she is busy doing push ups trying to build strength...I wouldn't be surprised if she is crawling in the next month or so. I love how different yet so alike our two kiddos are--they look alot a like. (at least that is what everyone said this weekend!) and have some of the same personality but Lydia is a little more content, go with the flow that Jack was at the this age. She has not much interest in baby food. We didn't even start baby food until 6 months with her, Jack was eating three meals a day by now! One good thing that they share are their sleeping habits. I do not know if this is because we have a good routine down or what! They both are GREAT sleepers.
Thats about all for now, here are some pictures from our holiday fun...

Lydia all dressed up, ready to see Santa! (With her pal Molly or Moller as Jack calls her)

So excited to see Santa

After waiting in line for 1 1/2 hours, Jack wasn't too thrilled about taking pictures. He did tell Santa what he wanted. Lydia on the other hand just loved Santa--she was so smilely with hime and grabbed his beard!
