Jack

Jack is getting so big--SO fast! He is in need of his first haircut but I am just not quite ready to do that! Jack is really starting to imitate everything Ryan and I do--I sweep and he follows me to get the broom after I am done, he will 'talk' on the phone (hold the phone way behind his ear), he tries to put on his shoes and sometimes Ryan's work boots! A few nights ago we were outside and he grabbed my watering can and was watering the flowers...SO CUTE! He would go from plant to plant and stand there for a minute holding the watering can over the pot! What a funny little guy! He is also really big into blowing on his food--if I tell him something is hot he will blow on it (his 'blowing' is actually sucking in air!) He is also into putting things in the garbage--we couldn't find a piece to one of his brand new birthday puzzles and Ryan decided to dig through the garbage--sure enough there it was!! Stinker :) Another favorite activity of Jack's is climbing! He loves to climb--up stairs, down stairs, ladders, onto the couch--EVERYWHERE! The one spot that we really put our foot down is the climbing onto the kitchen table. Jack will pull out a kitchen chair, climb up that and then proceed to climb up onto the kitchen table! One day I turned around to stir something on the stove and when I turned back, there Jack was, standing on the table--waving at me!! So, if anyone has any tips on how to stop that, just let me know!
