Last night there was so crazy weather through out the state! In our neighborhood, the tornado sirens went off from 5:30-7:30pm! Needless to say we spent almost the entire evening in the basement! Jack didn't seem to mind being locked in the downstairs since that is where all of his toys are! He also had two new toys to play with since we brought the dogs into the house for the bad weather. Thank goodness that Rosco doesn't care what Jack does! He let him sit on him, lay on him, pull his ears! Jack was pretty cute with the doggies-showing them his toys and trying to share. He is really into sharing things right now. He loves to try and share his food and sippy cup with whoever is willing to take a bite or drink :) He is also blowing kisses! We did get a little worried when he just quit babbling. It seemed like when he really started walking, he stopped talking! Well, last night he was back to his same old talkative self. He is even saying words sometimes--we have heard light (ight), mama, dada, num-num, yuck (Ckkk), byebye (babay) and banana (nana). Of course he will only say words/babble when he is in the right mood just to keep mommy and daddy on their toes!
Anyways, here are a few pictures from our bad weather last night. There was one point when Ryan started making room underneath the stairs for a more safe spot for us. We witnessed a funnel cloud turn into what we are sure was a tornado touchdown. It was like the clouds came up from the ground! Very neat but also a bit scary!

This is the cloud that was rotating-we didn't get any picture of when it was on the ground!
