Weekend in Duluth!

This past weekend we all headed to Duluth for my friend Amanda's wedding. It was such a beautiful weekend! The wedding was right on the shore of Lake Superior just as the sun was setting--beautiful! Jack was so good all weekend. My sister, Emily, came with the help out since I was in the wedding. She brought Jack back to the hotel so Ryan and I could stay at the reception all night! Thank you Emily!!

This week is pretty busy. I went to work on Monday to do a few things. It was so weird being back there, even for just a few hours. My official first day back is Monday, Oct 5th :( I am not looking forward to that day! I had my CPR class yesterday (thanks Sara for watching Jack!), and today was Jack's 2 month appt! Tomorrow we are headed out of town for another wedding! Thank goodness we have lots of people that are willing to help us out with Jack since Ryan and I are in so many weddings!

Jack did so good at his appt--he ended up getting three shots and a oral vaccine. Poor little guy! But he was tough-he screamed for a second then calmed down once he got to cuddle with mom! He is sure a growing boy-His weight is 13lbs 3 ounces and he is 24 inches long! His weight is in the 83% growth percentile and his height in in the 90% growth percentile but his weight for length is 26% growth percentile which just means he is really long and skinny! The doctors were all really impressed with how strong he is and our main doctor said he couldnt get over how advanced he is in all of his motor skills like holding his head up! So that was nice to hear!

Jack is also moving and grooving all the time! We will put him on his blanket for tummy time and when he is done, he will have moved himself around in a circle!! I think we are in for it once he starts crawling! Well thats about it, here are some pictures!
