Getting there.....

Hello! I thought I would throw a quick update in here and then I will update tomorrow on tonight's appointment!
This weekend was pretty fun and busy! Ryan's dad was here for the weekend so we got to spend some time together. I unfortunately was not very fun as I have finally caught the stupid cold that has been going around my work for the past few months! Plus, the baby is pushing down on on nerve in my back making it very hard to walk sometimes! I can see why women get so impatient towards the end :) On Saturday, Ryan and his dad went fishing and I spent the day with a friend walking around the mall of America. I thought that would help get things moving and it actually did--well, I was having contractions the entire way home and then once I pulled into the driveway they stopped-I am not even kidding!! I was not a happy camper! On Sunday Ryan's Uncle Wade, Aunt Sue and cousin Sean came down to visit! It was really nice to have people over and enjoy some good food and conversation.
Ryan started his new job yesterday!! He said that he needs a few days to decide what he thinks about it. I know it is totally different then what he was doing before but at least he has a job! If he hates it, he can looks while he works and not have to worry about insurance and income :) Like I mentioned before, I have my 37/38 week appointment tonight! I am keeping my fingers crossed that there has been more progress! I feel like the baby cannot get any lower at this point! My OB also said she would do a few things tonight to help things get going a little. She can't make any promises that they will work but it is worth a try. I am up for anything now that I am full term! Who knows, there were a few people that either had dreams about or a feeling that he will be here the 16th or 17th--so we will see! That's about it!
