Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I know Ryan and I did!
Lets see....Last week, Ryan spent most of the week living at my sisters house in Burnsville. He was doing some remodeling for them so it was much easier for him to just stay down there then drive back and forth. I just spent the week working and washing baby clothes/bedding/blankets! I really didn't realize how much stuff we have! I knew there was alot but it didn't really phase me until I started folding everything!
This past weekend we headed up to my parent's house on Sat. We had a graduation party to go to that evening so we spent sometime with mom and dad. Ryan was extremely excited because my dad has pretty much given him free use old fishing boat. We had to get there early so Ryan could get the boat out of storage and start working on it right away! I swear he was like a little kid waiting to go to Disneyland for the first time.....he was tapping his foot all morning because I wasn't moving fast enough :) While Ryan and my dad worked on the boat, my mom and I took my nephews to a little carnival in Little Falls. Let me tell you, by the end of the day I was exhausted! Chasing around a 3 and 4 year old really tired me out!
On Sunday Ryan and I made a trip to Menards to get some supplies for the house. We bought paint for the upstairs bathroom, stain for the deck and some supplies for a new closet in the basement. When we got home we both got right to work. We really accomplished alot! We made a list of things we wanted to finish before the baby gets here and I would say that we got almost half of the list done! YAY us! :)
On Sunday night I had my first REAL craving! I don't know where it came from and why but I wanted cheese curds! After about 2 hours of trying to convince Ryan to get me cheese curds, I gave up. I wasn't even able to give into my first craving of this pregnancy :( Oh well, its not like they are the healthiest thing ever, its probably a good thing I didn't get them!
Tomorrow I have my first weekly doctor visit! I cannot believe that I am already to this point! Everyone at the graduation party was betting that there is no way this baby is staying in there until July! So we will have to see........
That's about it! Have a wonderful week!
